30% Agent Referrals

It would be a pleasure and an honor to receive your referrals - I will take great care of your clients 7 days a week.

Finding individualized service to be critical to a successful transaction progress, your clients will be working with me directly, as Buyers, from touring properties to post-Closing follow-up – or as Sellers, from my hard-to-match marketing process through Closing and beyond.

I offer a 30% referral fee on all transactions – Buyer/Seller – and will keep you updated regularly until the day we Close. Your referral check will be processed and mailed out within 48 hours of Closing – barring weekends and holidays.

A realtor since 2002 I cannot imagine becoming jaded when it comes to real estate. With a wide-spectered, positive outlook on life and the world around us combined with great interest in the diversity of people and cultures, I enjoy the great Colorado outdoors along with reading, politics, music and more.
